For 30 years, I have been teaching people to meditate. I have seen dramatic transformation in the lives of those who adopt the practices. I’ve led workshops, developed online meditation programs, written books about meditation, and have been in front of audiences teaching meditation all over the world.

I founded the McLean Meditation Institute which offers a 300-hour Meditation Teacher Academy curriculum – to train and certify professional meditation and mindfulness teachers worldwide.

As the need for mindfulness and stress reduction is so great, I then founded the MMI Mindful Training Company which specializes in bringing the mindfulness advantage into workplaces and leadership retreats.
